Extraction method: Dalbergia sissoo, known commonly as North Indian Rosewood, is an evergreen rosewood tree, also known as sheesham. It is native to Himalayan foothills in Northern India. The flowering season is March to May. We extract Sheesham honey from our own farms in the Kashmir valley.
Benefits: Sheesham has multiple medicinal uses. It reduces body pain, especially eye pain. It also cures diarrhoea and relieves pain in the abdomen. Sheesham honey also has blood purifying properties.
How to use: Sheesham honey can be consumed directly or along with milk.
